Licensing Changes

Starting from Wrap 3.3 we switched to 1-year maintenance model. It means that after purchasing Wrap you can get all the updates for free within one year.

After one year you can continue using your current version of Wrap forever but you can’t update it.

In order to update Wrap you need to renew your maintenance to one more year for 50% of the license price.

I purchased Wrap or WrapX less that a year ago

Great, you can upgrade to new Wrap for free!
Please register as an existing customer and download your license file.

I purchased Wrap or WrapX more that a year ago

You can purchase one more year of maintenance for 50% of the license price. To do that please register as an existing customer and download a new license file.

How to register as an existing customer?

1. On a customer registration page please enter your email into the right column (please make sure to use the same email you used when buying Wrap);
2. You will receive an automatic email with a link to reset your password;
3. After choosing a password you will recieve access to the customer’s account.

How to download a license file?

1. Please log in to your customer’s account;
2. Go to Orders & Licenses. You will see a list of all your licenses;
3. Click on *.lic link next to a license to download a license file;
4. Run Wrap and click License > Activate License;
5. In the activation dialog box please select the license file.

My email is not found / I changed my email

Sometimes you email may not be found in our database. If you bought the license via reseller or changed your email or any other reason, please contact us using this contact form.

Can I continue using older versions of Wrap or WrapX without upgrade?

Yes! All the current versions that you have you can use forever.
